The Customization Process

When creating your custom MadeByMMW piece, you’ll begin by selecting your pendant style in the Create section, followed by your preferred scarf color palette, bead style, and contact information. Once your order is placed, the MadeByMMW team will reach out within 5 days to begin the design process.

From there, we’ll send curated photos of scarf options in your selected colors and aesthetic so we can bring your vision to life. If you decide to change directions during the process, no worries at all; colors, patterns, and design details can absolutely be adjusted, and we’re happy to send additional options until everything feels perfect.

Once your necklace is fully designed and handcrafted, we’ll send a final proof photo for approval to ensure every detail is exactly what you’re wanting before shipment. After confirmation, your custom MadeByMMW piece will be carefully packaged and mailed out to you.
